Allow Sticky Jumpers for BLU's and RED's, especially on certain days.

Sticky Jumpers provide mobility and abilites for BLU's to catch up to RED's especially when they are rebelling.

RED's can use it on days like Warday.

I think adding it would also provide unfair sticky baiting, which they can fix.

Most people are not going to use it as mobility but a way to delay and keep running.

Sticky Jumper just has 'Delay' written right on the orange cone, same with the rocket jumper, they just aren't something needed in this specific gamemode.

the jumpers make you almost completely useless to your teammates and promote delaying, I don't really thing they should be in the game.
