An Admin on at all times

We have been having problems with people knowing all the admins and when we don't have one on people do what they want on blue and we have to let the reds bomb-rush them and it ends up in mass freekill so i was wondering if we could have a schedule for admins to be on the server.

It's a good idea since a lot of times it's just a bunch of admins on at one time which is annoying (no offense staffies <3) but I can be on when you need to too once I get my computer fixed ;-;

It's better that when there is a bunch of players, instead of one admin getting cruely beaten by every players shouting in their ear. It's a team effort to be honest.

Yeah but I say there should be a guide/schedule to make it more easy for admins.
So let's say EAI isn't available at that time, someone else does have the time, then he can take his place for that while. So on, and so on.

Yeah, trust me, I was on when this clusterfuck happened, was not fun.
People spamming, people freekilling, disrespect everywhere.
I called on an admin but it was basically too late as nearly all of the rulebreakers left.

1) Record a demo
2) Get their steam ID's
3) report them .-.

Maybe admins would be on more if everyone didn't tell them that they're a shit admin and respect them. Unless that's just me. Nevertheless, I am on quite often, maybe a little less that unusual but usually a minimum of a few hours a day.

I do agree but it's like being spiderman, he basically gets shitted on but he still does the right thing.

Yes but any admins should be allowed on any times. I am saying it is more easier for everyone and that people won't get pissed about "Oh an admin isn't on!" "This community is so bad that they are _______" You get what I mean.
It is easier for admins as well to know when to come if they can.
Vice versas.

I can be on as and when Im needed, but sometimes I am busy, I appreciate people coming to me when a problem arises but sometimes it does get frustrating when people message me demanding I go on the server, But Im always willing to help.

Just know that I am usually on in the later hours as I have things to do during the day, Different timezones and such you know!

You were a heavy mostly running away, I even saw you go to four corners at one point.

If we had a schedule of all this, it would create stress, that schedule would be broken at one point too, and it basically causes for admins to play when we really don't want to play anymore or when we don't want to play or not in the mood to.

The past 3 days I've been called on a lot and I've been feeling bad so rip ;~;.

To be honest, when have you seen an organized dude stressed compared to an unorganized?
It wouldn't cause admins to play when you don't want to because you can choose when you want to play. It would make it more fair for admins to have time off as well, and for players to stop complaining about how there isn't enough admins or admins aren't on enough.
We have ~40 admins, correct?
I think it would be enough for the servers. :3
This is just a suggestion though.
I think it is a better system IMO.
