If you do end up creating a server I want to be one of the Developers, I've run 3 servers of my own before and even managed to get a buycraft system set up with full-on ranks though I never actually released any of the servers due to me not having enough money to run them -_-
I've had a lot of experience when it comes to running and even managing servers not only by myself but also for my friends in the past. Before you ask, almost none of my skills in developing servers has worn off so yeah I'm up for being a Developer
