How do I check play time on servers?

I was thinking about becoming an admin but I am uncertain as to how many hours i have sunk into the server, as I usualy play on the server for hours straight I lose track of time and can't predict my total play time, plz help/

If you feel like you've played enough, then you've played enough. If you don't feel like you've played enough or are unsure, you probably haven't.
