How to create signature ?

I've been trying to create a signature for months and all I get is

instead of the picture I've copied the correct Url but can't seem to create the picture.can somebody help me?

That link doesn't want to be hotlinked. Just upload it somewhere (such as this forum) and link that.

Just if your gonna use a meme, make it then put it in tinypic.com then use the link it gives you (Forum one)
