Using the console command "build 3" blue engineers are able to build teleporter entrances which are disabled in the building PDA.

Why is this an issue? These teleporter entrances can be used to block secret exits from use by the reds without breaking them as most armory entrances are on top of them.

This seems like it would be an easy fix, just making teleporter entrances the same as exits and sentries in the system that disables buildings

I think it should stay. Gives another reason to play engi on blue.
Think of all the cool things you can do with it. Just put one on the armoury breaking point and you have a second alarm. It makes engi more useful.

It is still an exploit as you are not able to build them through the PDA, meaning that it has been intentionally removed.

I will take a look at that when possible but unless Valve changed something, the "exploit" was accounted for.
