A little sugestion tell people to read the rules so they know this before they even start a round.

Newcomers couldn't figure out why they're getting kicked from the server instead of taking their time to realize that they've been getting kicked for constantly disagreeing with the servers rule agreement that pops on the left side of the screen (just join the server for a second and you'll see what i'm talking about). Plus it wouldn't matter as they'll start bitching about other things instead of directing themselves to the rules.
