Permanent Mute

Whenever I try to talk through my mic, nobody can hear me until a mod un-mutes me. A mod has to un-mute me every round, or else I am mutes for the whole round and map change. Please fix this! Thanks!

I've noticed this happens a lot, and it even happens to me sometimes. Specifically I recall Catgirl constantly having this issue, maybe Spec can fix.

I can probably add a fix when I get back home in a day.

Possibly a mute on death function as well.
