(SG JB) Stickybomb Launcher Issue

I've seen in earlier posts that the issue is fixed. This one might need to be fixed to I suppose. I joined Blu as a Demoman and all of the sudden I'm carrying a Quickiebomb Launcher. I always carry this weapon and it changed into a shotgun when I join the Blu team in earlier dates. Anyhow, this glitch needs to be fixed to prevent any other issues on Jailbreak including freekills.

This glitch has been here for a looong time, but as far as I know we still havent found a cause or a solution to the problem, so either we have and its gunna get patched or we just got to keep looking

I don’t get why stickies are that big of a problem compared to any other high dps aoe weapon.

four pills can kill an entire stack of reds, the exception being that one heavy with the fists of steel.

if anything demoman should be removed or not have a grenade launcher and in return get stickies

people can still have sticky launcher because yuki hasnt made it so that every skin or reskin changes to the shotgun.

Honestly im very sad that you cant equip the fucking sticky jumper on red or on blue, and i mean like cmon whats the harm in letting people have a item that does no dmg and makes people fly around. and also going on red and rebelling with that is the funniest thing ever.

Well that is a problem.

They'll delay the shit out of the round.

i understand if its banned on blue that can be used to delay and such but if are on red team with that trying to rebel in a fun way im ok with.

There has been numerous attempts to patch this silently. The last update to it fixed almost every case that was left out. So far, the remaining cases can't be reproduced consistently to find a fix for.

Oh no, I remember that one round on jb 32. It was fun, but god did it take a long time, for you just to place down a sticky, have the red's go to it, go to the next spot, place down another sticky, and also, the fear that you might accidentally activate the sticky and kill a bunch of red's was also a thing, but it was fun and interesting, I'll admit.

Didn't wanna rush, just to avoid accidents.

I feel like compared to pyro, soldier, and heavy, the sticky bomb launcher seems to be the more tame one because it still has a detonation timer. If people wanted to freekill they can easily do it with another class, but Imo the shotgun just feels better to have better accuracy rather than splash.
