Right now I had a question for everyone, and I want a much input as possible.

(So I want everyone's 2 cents on this, which is why I want to ask a forum)

This game I am making is a post-apocalyptic, Role Playing First Person Shooter set in an alternate universe where Joseph Stalin of the U.S.S.R. won the world wars through a lot of back-story which I will not get into right now, but will be explained in-game. The apocalypse is a nuclear holocaust due to the world powers reaching a breaking point.
You play a young boy/girl who was born in one of the only surviving places that was built to stand the bombs dropping. The Metro of Moscow. (metro 2033 had a lot of historical accuracy)

Imagine this game as a mix of Fallout 3 and Metro 2033/Metro Last Light.

Within this game I want to know what features you want to be able to have while exploring this world and living within it.

features planned:

-realistic NEEDS.
-realistic Health. (not a bar)
-dialog that feels more open and organic (freedom to say/ask almost anything)
-An "open world" free for you to choose where to go and what to do with your time.
-Creating your own family.
-Creating your own business.
-Crafting that replaces Fallout 3's clicking-to-create-instantly with a mini-game system which the difficulty is based on your skills and equipment.
-A storyline which will mold to the players. (Based on "The Walking Dead" and their online accounting system for choices) THIS FEATURE WILL ONLY HAPPEN IF WE GET CONFIRMATION OF A SQUEAL.

So what other features would you want in this game?

And the question I need polled.

How much would you pay for this game? (At most)
(remember you can only vote 1 time, so choose carefully, if you vote something on accident, just say so in the comments)

I would honestly pay 30 dollars for this game. I love the entire concept of the game, it sounds great. But I just can't imagine paying higher than 30 because it seems you guys have a very small staff team, meaning the quality might not be top notch. I'd still buy it anyway just to play it. I love alternate timeline stuff *-*

It sounds incredibly interesting, I'd probably pay $15 for it, assuming I can find $15. I love the concept. I'm hoping by "open world" we get to explore other countries.
-An "open world" free for you to choose where to go and what to do with your time.

That's basically my 2 cents. Hope it helps somehow.

Another post-apocalyptic game! Just what the market needs!

I would vote but I just remembered to ask what does the in-game graphics look like? Cartoonish? Realistic w/ sun flare?

I don't like open world games cause I feel like there is nothing to accomplish. Now if there were quests in this game, then we would be talking differently...

This game I wouldn't want anyone paying more than $30. Anything more is outrageous to me at least.
But this survey is to help me see if I could even get my expenses back if we went through and finished the game.

It does help, and I hope to make 2 expansion packs if everything goes well. Both will be other countries that are basically separate games almost, but you get to take your character there. (Imagine Elder scrolls Morrowind's DLC for example)

I have played all the STALKER games and I did enjoy them. Pripyat was a personal favorite. The stalker series is something like what I want to make (easier controls would be helpful in those games lol)

I don't like open world games cause I feel like there is nothing to accomplish. Now if there were quests in this game, then we would be talking differently...

There is a main questline that will take you through the game. The quests are not marked but are very easy to figure out where to go. The only thing about this is that the "open world" part is the fact that this game will be linear, but you can go anywhere within the map and do what you want with your time.

Now I have confirmed that we will make the first demo by the end of summer (unless something bad happens)

It will be on Kickstarter first, then the demo/full game will be on Steam Greenlight.
