why cant i say the n word on SG? and its just the n word, the same person that would ban me for saying the n word wouldn't ban me for saying something worse. and who are you trying to appeal to? kids from tumbler? it shouldn't be mutable or bannable unless its just spammed in the chat. Change the rule, because kids will keep on doing it when there is no admin on but they will usually stop right as one comes on, i just think this is stupid that you have it and it should be changed.

So what if it’s a racial slur. It’s just a fucking word. As long as you use the word in a non racist way it should be fine. Same thing goes for literally everything else. Context is important when it comes to this kind of stuff. Just because the word itself is “bad” doesn’t mean it can’t be used in a good way.

The word has been placed on the pedestal a long time ago, it's meaning isn't gonna change anytime soon. And if we do allow it to be said, other people are going to look at us and think we're racist. Can't blame them since people want it so badly

Actually the largest tf2 community allows usage of the n word on all the servers, except for one of their saxton hale servers(not sure why).

To me there's no reason we shouldn't be allowed to say it. Do you honestly need tumblr to be your playerbase? If some dick decides to be offended over something someone says over the internet, I honestly don't think they belong anywhere near the internet.
