I watched & read through the update and it seems pretty good overall... although I do have some concern with how the potential jetpack for the pryo would play out. My argument is going to sound biased because I particularly don't like pyro as a class, but I just feel like it wouldn't work out well, or would be used as a troll weapon. Pyro already has a low enough base damage from a distance with only his secondary for medium-long range damage, the shotgun types having spread and the scorch shot being the only "reliable" fire damage from a distance. Just as a side note, based on the video, the scene where the pryo uses the "jetpack", he's still got his flamethrower, and I doubt they'd replace his melee weapon, suggesting that it's a secondary (Or maybe something I'd really like to see, a 4th weapon slot for pyro, each one changing how much ammo he has, airblast cost, after-burn duration, etc.). Back onto the topic of the jetpack itself, I'd find it hard to find a place for it in TF2. The idea is probably based off rocket/sticky/sentry jumping, but I'd at least hope it is slower than those other movements. Otherwise it'd make "W+M1"ing much easier. Issues I currently could see with this is map exploiting, Ex. Having an enemy engineer stand on pyro's head while he jetpacks up to place buildings on invisible ledges, bugs in general that usually come with an update, and the fact that it does take away the pyro's minuscule medium-long range damage. Also like all airborne targets, snipers can take easy shots at them. I don't doubt the TF2 team's ability to balance/introduce weapons, but this one kinda just seems off from the rest of them, and if this IS the pyro's only new weapon... that's kind of a disappointment. Lmk what you think <3
