Consider Freekilling?

Well on Jb I free killed about 3-4 people. I didn't know I was muted so I though every one heard my orders. I killed people out of there cell becuase I said out of cell rebel. Then apple sauce told me that no one could hear me. So I killed 3-4 people but they didn't hear my commands. If this is considered Freekilling then I should recieve a 1 day or 2 guardban.

I wouldn't say a one or two day guard ban sheesh! It was only an accident and if not too small for just a simple slay than at the most an hour.

So the way I see this more as your fault.
But I think a 12 hour ban would be suitable

Um no, not really. On occasion the plugins mute you and have no way to tell other than asking through chat, most likely he got muted that round and didn't realize until told otherwise. Also 12 hours? For four accidental free kills? A little too harsh for my blood.
