warning feature?

sounds pointless in theory but here’s some ex. let’s say, bob for example decides to freekill 2 people on accident but didn’t know? i’ve seen bans like that happen before and i feel like it would be helpful for them to be atleast warden that they freekilled. this command of course would only be available to admins or mods? because some people don’t even bother to look in chat.
