I will admit i was cheating but using it on red didnt give much other than seeing where the warden is

using hacks is still using something to help get an advantage over the enemy. When rebelling, you could use it to see other blues, which gives a MASSIVE advantage when it comes to killing them. If people get vac bans for it, then its probably the right thing to get a tf2 server ban for it.
