Of course they can, but they wouldn't be able to remove a part of the map specifically stating that the map should only be run on sg. It doesn't stop them though.

If this doesn't tickle your fancy then go to your nearest cactus shop, find the biggest sharpest cactus money can buy and give it a nice firm hug.

You don't necessarily need background textures for minigame signs, just a transparents image (specified size) with text slapped onto it. He can add a border and background by himself.

I think he meant more of an "ad type" sign, like a sign that you would see driving into the city

Pretty sure he can do that himself by making the frame and just put the image on the front.

EDIT: Also he said "main" which i assume is either a billboard sign outside of the map or a framed sign at main cells (or outside) for everyone to see.
EDIT#2: Or an intro sign so when you load in the map, you see the image.
