Dude, gimp is not that hard to use...
VTFEdit isn't hard either, it can look confusing, but it isn't
Why do you guys insist on me making the signs-I could but I want them to look the best that they can. It'd be more time consuming to finish off the map whilst making signs.

That is the fast compiled version-It's taking forever to compile the normal one but this one looks and works fine. Happily the file size isn't very large for a JB map.

I think fast compiling isn't a good idea as it may mess up something in the map (performance, light etc.), it's only used for quick testing but not for finishing and releasing a map. Don't take my word for it, ask any mapper.

The light flickering outside is a bit irritating so you could slow down the speed of that in the future.

Also don't forget to pack in the custom textures.
Tutorial: http://www.tophattwaffle.com/hammer...xtures-normals-vmts-packing-a-levels-content/
i never got around doing this but it's said that it's a must if you don't want people to see black and purple checkered textures instead
(only reason why you can see custom textures on your end is because you have them installed already).

Listen to what bush dog said.
Map compiling shouldn't be too long if you really did finish optimization. Nodraw is just the first step, not the final one.

Buns fixed optimization-HUGE props to him. He will be packaging and sending the final product.

Also, @Bush-Dog for the signs, @Doggo for the help, and @EmNudge for the expertise. It's been a journey.
