Before reporting a bug

Before reporting a potential bug, please ensure you have the following information.

1. Server name and game
2. Description of the bug
   1. Include video or screenshots if possible
3. How to replicate the bug
   1. When did it happen?
   2. What was happening at the time?
   3. What map?
4. (Optional) if you feel like you have a hunch as to what's causing it, add it here.

For example,

Server: TF2 Jailbreak
Description: Server crashed when the round starts on map Minecart today around 4PM consistently

This will make it far easier to pinpoint the problem.
