After playing both Hotline Miami games again recently, I think Jacket could get a few updates, at least in terms of the music and playermodel.

Both of Jacket's current music tracks are quite kickass, but they are rather quiet compared to other bosses music, and can be drowned out by in-game sounds. A slight volume raise for both tracks would be nice. I also think he could have another music track added to his selection of "Le Perv" and the other track that I do not know the name of, from HM2's soundtrack named "Hotline Miami"

I think he could see nice usage of PAYDAY 2's Jacket model instead of a scout customization.
