I'm asking if I can be Head Manager in jailbreak?​

I know that Practical Problems is already the head admin on jailbreak.​

But I'm asking to get it because I can control the server, And I don't love MCT. I want to be Head admin so I can control the servers. I'm already was a Manager but I be demote because Kris18 that I get a ban and I have be demote is so long story. Anyway I'm sorry Kris about what I do to you :3. I like to play MCL, JailBreak & prophunt. Hope that u can help me​
