How to apply to be admin of CP_ORANGE

Its a shit show over there and 0 admins except maybe ivy or reflective play on it regularly but i have to fetch them all the time. I think most the admins who visit there know me. I am tired of having to fetch them.. i will just do it myself if you let me into the admin cluby!
