New Nerf the Natasha

I just saw the rework of the Natasha minigun, and the 100% chance to slow on hit is way too op, i just saw a skeleton king become borderline immobile when multiple heavies are shooting at them.

my idea is to at least reduce the chance to slow on target

The Natasha wasn't 'buffed' at least no intentionally. It does appear that merging it caused it to inherit tf2 stuff.

Patched it temporarily as best as I can for now.

The slow on hit would still be overpowered even if it had a small chance to trigger. It's too easy to multiple players to abuse it in a one-vs-all mode like Freak Fortress.

So the stats weren't meant to be changed? What was it merged with?

Nothing. It was just a change in the behavior in the order of how it applies them for a different purpose but also caused this bug. It affected a few other weapons too just nothing as obvious as the natasha.
