Well yeah that's pretty obvious, but I'm saying if a soldier were to use a rocket launcher to kill a rebeller and the kunai spy was nearby, they would be pretty likely to die. If they die from being stupid, then that's not the weapon's fault. If a blue were to make that mistake it would be lose-lose since the red would be dead and the blue would be slain.
