Request to add Jb_maxsec

[Plot Twist]

Recently completed a Jailbreak map called Jb_maxsec_v1, I've been testing it for a couple months now, even played some small rounds with friends so I'm fairly sure there are no major bugs. There is a large selection of minigames for skill and luck based players. The main cell area is experimental and the cells have been moved underground.
