I was playing a SG-gaming net server and the Warden said to stay in pool. I was taunting at the door and a sniper head shot me. The Warden ask why and he said he was clearly out when I was on the door line. So why???

Be clearer. I did headshot you, but it was not a freekill as you were asked SEVERAL times to go into the water and you responded by taunting around 3 times. That is delaying, and he said no detours or delays. Post any further freekiller complaints in the "Report Players" section.
