I made this thread regarding a problem -Ibram has so I decide to make a thread about it.This will help you and it really helped me.It only for Windows.I will found out for Mac and Linux then either edit or post a new thread about them.All link are trusted but if you don't trust,don't click it.Hope this helps you.

Try this,
Increase FPS
-Open Task Manager
-Right Click hl2(Team Fortress 2)
WINDOW 8 ONLY
-Go to Details
-Right Click hl2
-Click Set Priority-Above Normal
WINDOW 7 and BELOW
-Right Click hl2
-Do Step 2 and 3 from Window 8
Not Sure about Mac though so yea.

This will boost your FPS as much as it can and it ca be useful for gaming.(It cleans,defrags etc)
Make an account.Install,Then run Team Fortress 2 through that(or add it as a game and it will automatically boost when you start the game.)

Do not set priority high. This will cause problems with (obviously), prioritizing. At that point, you could be setting TF2 above basic system functions. Do you like your computer freezing? Well, this is a way you can cause this.

You can set priorities all you want, but the fact is you're still on the same computer with the same computing power. Rather than saying "TF2 is higher than basic system processes", get rid of unnecessary programs and processes competing for power.

I also found another problem with it.It also will increase your ping but will increase your FPS so I will edit it and make it above normal.It a better option and won't skyrocket your ping

I have tried this, it actually does work. Stickers you found on the street seem to give a lot more fps too.

I did it,from 90-100 FPS,to 120-150FPS

Back to the topic.The ACTUAL topic.
Above Normal will increase your ping slightly but not much as High,I test it.You might wanna stay on normal to reduce ping lag,but you will keep FPS lag,but if you wanna increase then go to Above Normal.
