Actually Ranger's Trailblazer is great for sustain in the jungle, since it gives you back health and mana and shit.
And Skirmisher's Sabre is good for duelers like Warwick and Fiora unless I'm completely mistaken.
I've also had a friend use Poacher's Knife on Nunu and he literally sped to every fucking camp to the point where the enemy jungler didn't really have a jungle to go to.

Sure trailblazer is still good, but probably not the best anymore. Hence how they removed the cooldown of smite off the item. Personally I feel that was the best part of the item but I digress. Skirmishers with the whole burn over time thing, it just doesn't seem worthwhile honestly. Sure it's decent damage but it just doesn't seem as worthwhile as having a slow or aoe stun heal on jungle camps. And we don't talk about poachers around here, just no.
