Glitch? On purpose?

Just like 10 minutes ago I was viewing through the forums when I saw that the application forum looked different. I then entered and saw A ton of admin applications from other people. Was thismon purpose or a glitch?

I can see em too. Either spec decided to let others view apps or it was a mistake. If I'm not mistaken, this has happened as a glitch before.

say somebody drops out, he'll pick out of the pool before looking over other apps

@Yukina do u think u can maybe restrict who sees the apps like the way it was before but still show on ur own app the pending, in pool, etc. What I said before explains why I think this.

They could paraphrase it and do other things that will make it look like they did it.

It is still technically stealing cause all paraphrasing is is changing the words to other words that have the same meaning
