I just got banned?

I was correcting somebody who said something to do with it.. i never had it as a bind. I said something similar with the word lmaobox in and got banned also i only said it once.

Meh, either way it wouldn't be the first time console does this.

It bans the exact lmaobox bind to immediately deal with script kiddies who download lmaobox. The downside to that is that it also bans people who use it without having lmaobox.

I guess another downside is that

some people just can't figure out what's going on and just want to make fun of people who got banned.

That's why Asu made it 3 day instead of perm though.

So it is less annoying to deal with of unbanning people.

Cause many people use alt so 3 day is long enough for banning of alts, and if someone gets banned because bind, it isn't permanent!

3 day was chosen because that's about the amount of time a VAC ban is almost guaranteed for lmaobox users.

damn, stone cold. They're just looking for help, loosen up a little :^)

Ignore this meanie ^^ What was your username at the time? If we don't know this, it'll be rather difficult to sort out why you were banned.
Did you perhaps use an "LMAOBOX" bind, or say the phrase in any way?
If not, then the reason may be due to an Admin. Further assistance should come from the higher ups, currently i'm just here to be nice :^)
