While I'm at it I want to know why are hitboxes (especially in ff) really bad. also sometimes the bug out for melee mid battle.
Edit: No one ever told me and I'm curious. Other servers run it just fine. You can get used to it though so it's not really tht big a problem.

Yeah in ff to hit you need to be mid swing while just contacting them or inside them. Otherwise you just miss and get rekt by that medic with a solemn vow

Because you're not supposed to be aiming for your teammates in tf2.
Have you ever wondered why when you whip someone and you get the hitsound you don't speed up, or when you miss you speed up anyway? That relates back to this, it's just tf2.

Makes sense, some servers just run it better I guess.

Also, do you guys like the double LR alternative so far or should we scrap it? I haven't seen too many problems with it personally.

It's fine just questionable at times with other admins arguing on the topic.

The stipulations for them are the same as regular LRs so far as what they can request. The only differences are; the Warden has to be okay with doing it, the 2 REDs have to be okay with doing it, and the REDs have to agree on an LR. Also, if one rebels, both of them are KoS. Those are the only real differences that I see between a Double and Single LR.

Just topics like can they medics heal others in it, and on the "sacrifice door" since it's 100% death we tele them out for an lr but in double lr we don't? Since one of them can make it out? Things like that that admins argue on.

When it's LR, I believe that the "Medics No Healing" Command (if given) is void. Well, it is still an LR, so if it is 100% Death, and one dies to the door, then it wouldn't be a Double LR anymore would it? I think that problem is more or less up to the Warden whether or not to offer Double LR.

Yeah the healing is fine (it was just a stupid example) just the sacrifice door has been debated on twice.

Why do we need new rules every month?
We don't need new rules every month, but I like to have an update for our JB players so people who don't play frequently have to keep asking "Were the rules updated" or "What rules were changed" when they can just remember to check it at the beginning of every month.

They do it anyway.

This is the informal thread for July's rule changes. Feel free to suggest, comment, and share your opinions on new rules or changes to our current rules. Tell your friends and other jailbreakers about this thread if they don't visit the forums often so we can get their opinion.

Only rule that comes to mind for me right now is No Spellbook (Reds and Blues)

If you are going to suggest a rule, please make it on this thread and not a new one or there is a good chance I will forget about it.

Other rules suggested:

Taking out your bow as a red at anytime is considered rebelling.
Reds can be respawned on firstday freeday if the cell doors have not been opened to accomodate late connections.

Holy shit 17 I'm really disappointed you even said that.
THE POINT OF FIRST DAY FREEDAY IS TO HAVE A NON-REAL ROUND SO THAT PEOPLE CAN CONNECT
ugh
